Was extremely excited to use QAR because of word of mouth, thought maybe I have a new place to take all my vehicles - let’s start with something easy, recharge my AC unit on my wife’s 2016 Suburban, it still blows cold, but not as cold as it was. So I call, make an appointment - 0800. I show at 0750 and told that no techs are in and it will be at least 2 hours to “get to my vehicle.” Hmmm - 2 hours to get to it? So, my appointment should have been made for 1000? Oh well - I gave them two stars because the guy working the front desk was apologetic. Remember - this is an “appointment only,” shop.
