Very hard working people they got my sisters car up & working in a days time they didn't charge outrageously either if you want good auto service talk these guys their awesome

worst experience ever so i have a jeep cj5 and it had a rear main seal leak so i had them replace it because i didnt have time to do it myself i get there they said they replaced it well still leaking probably because the mechanic overfilled it and put 9 quarts in a 6 quart oil pan i bring it back to them i have to get it towed there because i couldnt drive it and they apologize and drain the oil inspect it for leaks say it doesn’t leak well i get it back it leaks worse now than it did originally so i call them they say it will cost 120$ to inspect it i said well i paid you guys to fix the leak and it’s leaking worse now and he said it will still cost 120$ and hung up the phone WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

I took my tahoe in for what I thought was a water pump leak. The awesome service writer and technician found the real problem and had it done in a day. Professional all the way.

Very very good communicators!!! They explained everything regarding what was done to my vehicle. It was a small fix but I will be back if anything else happens to my vehicle. Very great place!

My experience started off with a little miss communication,I talked to Brandon about what I wanted done and from him to the mechanic it was miss communicated and i didn’t get exactly what i wanted,so I talked to Brandon about it and he took care of it no extra charge and it ended up being the best experience I ever had from automotive shop,I normally do all my own work but in the future it’s likely I’ll be having Quality do the hard stuff because they did a good job and didn’t try to tack on extra charges.

We were driving from Medford to Fresno and our serpentine belt broke on us 30 miles from Redding. We had it towed to Quality Auto Shop, they couldn’t get us in due to them having so many vehicles/customers. My husband bought the parts and we had it on, just struggled to get it over the top part of the alternator. I finally went in and asked if they could lend a hand, Frankie helped us and he had it on within 2 seconds. They didn’t ask for any money. We had 2 dogs with us, along with me being pregnant. We are so thankful for Frankie and Qualify Auto Shop for helping us. I cant even describe how happy I am to be sitting in a running vehicle with air conditioning. A MILLION THANKS FRANKIE!!!!

Don't let them order your parts ,they will order the cheapest and try and mark it up 400% ,I found a Radiator at Napa for $230 then called them and they said the don't use costumer part ,I said fine get it from Napa ,they charged me$ 460 for a cheaper $120 Radiator from Napa, they didn't even take Napa stickers of new Radiator ,I know they need to make a profit but that is some n_iga sh_t
