In answer to nates review: you would be hard-pressed to find a more skilled, honest, hard working man of integrity than Frankie Manfredonia, the owner of Quality auto repair. I am so disappointed to see your post after I did not purchase the BMW x5 from you. when my mechanic tells me that he would not let me drive the car without repairing something vital, I listen.!! He was doing a remarkable job by looking out for my safety and my pocketbook. please remove your post, it is totally incorrect, unfair and without merit. A loyal customer who is very thankful to Frankie and Quality auto repair, Debbie Beaver. I just got off the phone with Quality auto repair. After the post Nate made, Frankie called him to discuss the situation. This is how much integrity he has;, he offered to pay for an independent assessment of the BMW X 5 by any shop of Nate's choosing. At absolutely no cost to Nate he was willing to have his diagnosis verified. Unfortunately, Nate refused his offer. I don't know how anyone at any repair shop in Redding, or elsewhere for that matter, could be more honest. I am more than a loyal customer and I will remain so. Once again , my thanks to Frankie, his wife Lacey and the whole team at Quality Auto!

Went here after checking them out on yelp....everything posted is true: professional, honest, great prices, high level of expertise. I'm so glad I took my car there...

Wow! What an amazing business. I can not be more happier with my experience on the mechanical and customer service . I have been looking for an honest and fair mechanic for a long time and I finally found one . Frankie and Lacey are so personable and kind. Not only did Frankie do the work that we had discussed but he also fixed the latch in the back so it no longer rattles. Lacey was a very kind and sweet lady she made my son and feel as if we had known them forever. I will recommend this auto repair shop to everyone I know .

Extremely good service at a great price! We were on our way home from a 7 day road trip in the RV when a terrible rattling sound started just 30 miles outside of Redding. It was so bad we weren't sure we would even make it to Redding. We brought up Yelp and saw several rave reviews about Frankie's shop. Frankie met us outside the shop, took the RV for a drive immediately and diagnosed the problem right away. He even gave us options for the repair which many mechanics don't do. Fortunately he found the part needed close by so he had it delivered, installed and on the road within an hour! On top of it all, his wife was extremely friendly and accommodating with the kids and made them comfortable in her office without complaint. We could not have been more impressed! The only downside is we don't live in Redding or else we would definitely become regular customers. We are extremely pleased and on our way home!

My AC needed repair. Frankie got me in & out very fast. He knows what he's doing & is very professional.

Squeezed me in for a last minute service before I had to leave town on a long road trip for business. Fantastic customer service and reasonable prices. Will be back for any future work, for sure!

My SUV would not start and happen to break down in front of this place. That turned out to be the best thing ever! They replaced my ignition (required a locksmith and all kinds of crap) for substantially less then I was ready to pay. Did everything they could to get me a better price and save money. Service was top notch and looks like a factory install! Took another car I own to have brakes/rotors done as another test. I don't have a good mechanic and need one I can trust without crazy prices. They were honest and said I don't need new rotors/new pads in the back. Just new pads in the front. Most mechanics seem to always say you need new rotors/new brakes and charge $$$. I pick up the car and they put on nicer rotors and not the cheap crap. Great job! 3rd time to this place - I was having a problem with my battery so I went to Les Schwab. Les Schwab said I needed to find a mechanic as there was a issue with the battery terminals/cables. Hmmm - okay, I go back here to my new friend Frankie. I drop it off. When I go to pick the car up... they tell me "no charge, it was easy". Wait what?!?!? A mechanic who is willing to not charge you? I love this place! This is seriously the best mechanic I have ever found. Owner is Frankie and he seems to be 100% honest and down to earth guy. Based on my 3 experiences...I am not going anywhere else!

I had a head gasket job done here. I moved to South Cal and a part that was installed malfunctioned, a manufacturing problem. Frank got on the phone and made sure the warranty was honored despite the long distance. I dont know how many mechanics would do that, he stands by his work.

Great service performed by professional mechanics. Were able to help me out by getting my car back on the road with short notice.

Broke down on my way to Redding, on my way to Long Beach. Wasn't even close :/ the tow truck driver recommended this spot and I was not disappointed- Frankie did everything he could to get me back on the road as soon as possible at a very fair price. Family owned place and they make you feel at home, I wish LA country had customer service like this place
