These people are very honest and good at their job. Two other places just recharged my dash air conditioner and never checked for leaks. Quality ran a check on it and found the compressor is toast.

Brandon was extremely professional and returned calls promptly.He answered all my concerns with patience and respect. He sent the most comprehensive explanation of the repairs in a email which was so helpful. He helped me determine work that needed immediate attention and what could be done as budget allowed over time. I will absolutely have all future repairs done at quality auto. My visit was very brief but memorable non the less. Very professional staff and were very eager to make sure that my car was back on the road. Told me exactly what was wrong and fixed it within a couple of hours.

They got me scheduled and in so quickly! The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and didn't try to push me into needing more than what I came in for. That's additional work that needs to be done and the gentleman explained it and gave me an estimate and told me if I decide to get the work done to give him a call and he'd prefer the part for the next day. I'm very impressed and happy about their professionalism and their overall work.
